Technical Support

Starting May 1, 2019 we will begin using live chat as the main entry point into the AccessData support organization.

We added chat support three years ago and found that our customers increasingly use chat and email as the preferred method to contact support, leading to faster problem resolution. Therefore, we are making live chat our primary channel for reaching support. Rest assured, phone support is not going away. There will be times when a live call will be necessary, and will still be available if required. The only change is that a chat or email will now serve as the first step to initiate support.
