AccessData’s Litigation Support Services team serves as your strategic partner and litigation support manager, engaging with you in a consultative process. Our litigation support experts work with you to understand your needs, as well as the nature of the legal matters you need to address.

We then collaborate with you to design a process that addresses the requirements of your individual cases, as well your long-term docket-wide needs. With the Litigation Support Services team as your litigation support manager, you benefit from early planning by a team of experts and a collaborative environment, in which all parties can be engaged and perform efficiently and effectively.

Once we’ve met with you and developed an understanding of your cases and internal processes, the eDiscovery planning begins:

  1. We can perform an early data assessment (pre-collection data audit and analysis) to help determine the best collection strategies for various cases. Employing our smart-target search technology, we zero in on potentially relevant data wherever it lives to give you a clear picture of the data universe, the volume of data relevant to a particular legal matter, as well as a report of all IT assets containing relevant data.
  2. We will establish processing criteria to properly filter the data before review to ensure you are only reviewing potentially relevant data.
  3. The data set for review is hosted and we give all required parties access to a robust web-based environment called CaseVantage. Your Litigation Support Services experts will assist you in organizing the review workflow. While all necessary parties may have access, we will set role-based permissions to align with the responsibilities of the various users.
  4. If you choose, you can manage all pleadings, legal documents and court orders electronically for instant access, delivery and tracking.

AccessData does not charge for workflow planning, consulting, project management or training. This is all included to ensure you get the most out of Litigation Support Services. You will be assigned a project manager who facilitates your discovery planning and every step of the eDiscovery process. As your strategic litigation support partners, we are available 24/7 to meet your needs.
