Relying on our automated production capabilities will eliminate errors traditionally introduced by manual production, such as gaps in Bates numbers, duplicate Bates numbers, pages that are produced without Bates numbers, erroneous production of privileged documents and production of documents without proper confidentiality endorsements.

Compare and contrast the overall case document population to the review documents.

Test responsive designations against non-responsive and privileged designations to eliminate conflicts.

Confirm that all documents designated confidential are supposed to be designated.

Confirm multiple confidentiality designations.

Test to confirm that there is a redaction for every document flagged for redaction.

Assign a new number sequence for production and create a cross reference to original control or Bates number.

Electronically stamp and endorse the production number, designation and redaction onto the production image.

Increase the size of white area to the right of the image to accommodate production number and designation, where necessary.

Perform final quality checks, such as inspecting the redacted images to ensure that they are permanently redacted on the final image.
